Cancellation & Offboarding Options
Important Notice:
Having a subscription to Ecomm Tax Service is a requirement of having an ecommerce store with WTE Partners. Regardless of your ecommerce store's activation status, your LLC should be registered as Sales and Use Tax exempt with the state of Florida, and there are filings that must be submitted to the state of Florida on behalf of your LLC once it is registered for exemption. A monthly subscription to Ecomm Tax Service means that those exemption filings are done on behalf of your LLC, so you never have to think about it! A subscription also provides you with access to the WTE Partners portal and the monthly store statements that are uploaded to the portal. We do not advise canceling your subscription if you plan to continue working with WTE Partners.
CANCEL ANYTIME - There are no long term contracts and you can cancel anytime. Upon ordering our service we will be registering your entity for you for Sales and Use Tax Exemption in the necessary states for your e-commerce business. You can choose from one of the two options below how you would like those accounts to be handled upon your cancellation of our service.
Cancellation will result in immediate termination of services, regardless of the date of the last payment.
We offer two cancellation paths:
1. Cancellation + Deregistration: We will cancel your Ecomm Tax Service subscription and inactivate your Sales and Use Tax Exemption accounts.
2. Cancellation + Transfer: We will cancel your subscription and transfer your Sales and Use Tax Exemption accounts to you for continued self-management.
Each cancellation option includes a one-time $99 administrative fee.
